I have gained experience in nearly every segment of the restaurant industry including: Night Clubs, French Bakery/Cafe, Bagels, Ice Cream and Candy, Retail, Quick Service, Quick Casual Family Dining and full service Casual and Fine Dining.  I am fortunate and proud to have been associated with a number of fine people and companies in New York City, Chicago and Los Angeles and have had the privilege of operating concepts in over 30 States.  As a consultant, I have worked with some of the most creative and visionary entrepreneurs in the business today and, as a team member or leader I am constantly inspired and impressed with the quality of work they produce.


Each of the fine companies with whom I have had the honor of working have become successful because of their reliance on a strategic, collaborative, team approach. 


My team and I bring that philosophy to our consulting assignments.  Our recent assignments have focused on concepts featuring Burgers, Pizza and BYO Pizza, Portuguese cuisine, Panini, Modern Mexican, Food Trucks, Fine Dine Steak and Italian,  American Diner Food, Korean Quick Casual, Scratch Bakeries and Upscale Quick Casual Salad and Sandwich shops along with numerous senior level retained executive search projects.  We are proud to be part of a team bringing food safety and sanitation standards to restaurants in Latin America.  We celebrate our client's successes from New York to California to Panama, Costa Rica and Mexico.
